Who we are
This website, arviegroup.co, is run by Arvie Collective (ABN 33 441 649 514), trading as Arvie Group, based in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at hello@arviegroup.co.
Using this site
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Don’t try to break it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it at scale or use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful.
What the site is for
The site describes what Arvie does and lets you get in touch. It is general information. It is not advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when we both sign an agreement.
Content and ownership
The words, design, logos and images on this site belong to Arvie Group or are used with permission. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
Getting in touch
When you send us an enquiry we use what you send to reply and to follow up, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through the form until we have agreed how to handle it. Sending an enquiry doesn’t oblige either of us to work together.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We don’t promise it will be error-free, always available or free of harmful code. Case descriptions and outcomes, where shown, are examples and not a promise of results for your business.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Arvie Group is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit liability to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it supplied again, we do.
Changes
We may update these terms and the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
